Are you really a family owned and operated business?
Yes. Since we opened our doors in 1985, we have been and is currently owned and managed by the same family.
Is Petals on Prince a member of any wire services or internet florists such as FTD, Teleflora, 1800flowers, ProFlowers, Avas Flowers, etc?
As of Sept 01, 2014, we are no longer affiliated with any wire services or internet florists. We are 100% independent.
Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

We are by appointment on Saturdays.  Please call prior to Saturday if you would like to schedule a delivery/pick up for Saturday.  We are closed on Sundays.

I am having trouble navigating through your site and not able to place an online order. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Give us a call at 706-353-2760 and we would be happy to help you with your order.
Are the bouquets on your website original designs?
Yes, all the bouquets on our site are past customer orders that we decided to include in our site
Will my bouquet look exactly like the picture on your website?

We will do our best to recreate the bouquets as shown on our site. Sometimes, some flower varieties are unavailable. If a substitution is necessary, we will make every effort to preserve the look and feel of the bouquet. Please see our Substitution Policy for more information.

What is the difference between small, medium, large?

Small is what is shown in the pictures of our products. If an upgrade to a Medium or Large is requested, we will add more blooms and fill to value. If you have a different price in mind for a particular product, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss your options.

If I request a delivery time when I place an order on your website, will it be delivered at that time?

Although delays can happen (with our in-coming shipments of our flowers, traffic, weather, a full delivery schedule, etc), we will do our very best to accommodate all delivery time requests, but it is not guaranteed.

I want my gift to be a surprise. If the recipient is not home, can you leave my gift at the door?

If there is a place where your bouquet is protected from direct sunlight and wind AND the weather is suitable for the flowers to be left outside, we can leave your flowers at the door if the recipient is not home. Otherwise, we will call the recipient and schedule a time for delivery.

Do you sell chocolates?

Yes. We carry Condor Chocolates.

Do you have balloons?

Due the tremendous increase in price of helium, we no longer are able to offer balloons.

Do you offer arrangements made of fruit?

No.

Do you sell artificial flowers?

We no longer carry silk/artificial flowers.

Do you have plants?

Yes. We have a variety of green and blooming plants, orchids, and dishgardens.

Do you do weddings?

Yes. Please contact us for more information.

How long will my flowers last?

The vase life of our flowers are at least 5 days, and can last much longer with proper care. Please see our Care & Handling section on our site to learn how to keep your flowers fresh and beautiful.

I did not like the arrangement that I sent. What are my options?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please see Return Policy for more information.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

We are available for no-contact flower delivery and pick-up orders. Please wear a face mask and practice safe social distancing when visiting our store.

Our temporary hours this week are Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm. 

We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Additionally, due to the impact of these times, our flower suppliers have a limited variety of flowers. Many of our arrangements on our website are simply not available. We will contact you if we have to make substitutions.

Be assured, our flowers are still freshly sourced by our wholesalers and local flower farms.
